This Privacy Policy applies to www.PikesvilleArmory.org, www.PikesvilleArmoryFoundation.org, www.TransformPikesvilleArmory.org (which all point to the same website), and the Pikesville Armory Foundation Inc. (PAF), and governs data collection and usage. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to PAF include all websites referred above. The website (“site”) is a news, information, and e-commerce/donations processing site. By using the PAF site, you consent to the data practices described in this statement. If you do not agree with this Policy, do not use the Site.
Collection of your Personal Information
The Pikesville Armory Foundation (PAF) collects information from donors, sponsors, subscribers to our Newsletters, and individuals that register to attend our events. The information collected (mostly from the online forms created for different purposes and voluntarily completed by the user, or from the donation/sponsorship payment processing gateway), includes: full name and last name, email address, phone number and mailing address, and credit card or other payment information when such transactions are involved. To wit, we will use your information for, but not limited to, communicating with you in relation to services and/or products you have requested from us, for stewarding purposes, marketing efforts, and internal analytics. We also may gather additional personal or non-personal information in the future. PAF may also collect anonymous demographic information which it may receive if you reach our site through Google, Facebook, Constant Contact or other sites. Please note that such other sites have their own privacy policies and PAF is not responsible for those policies or other content on those sites.
Sharing Information with Third Parties
PAF does not sell, rent or lease its donors, sponsors, stakeholders or any community member or customer lists to third parties. PAF may share data with third party vendors to help perform statistical analysis, send you email or postal mail, provide customer support including payment processing, or arrange for deliveries or other specific needs as agreed with you. All such third parties are prohibited from using your personal information except to provide services to PAF, and they are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information. PAF may disclose your personal information, without notice, if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on PAF or the site; (b) protect and defend the rights or property of PAF; and/or (c) act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of PAF, or the public.
Children Under Thirteen
PAF does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen. If you are under the age of thirteen, please do not attempt to register for our services or send any personal information to us. E-mail Communications
From time to time, PAF may contact you via email for the purpose of providing announcements, promotional offers, alerts, confirmations, surveys, and/or other general communication. If you would like to stop receiving marketing or promotional communications via email from PAF, you may opt out of such communications by writing to info@pikesvillearmoryfoundation.org, or clicking the Unsubscribe button at the bottom of such PAF e-mails.
SMS Communications and Terms & Conditions
PAF does not share SMS consent with third parties or affiliates. By texting PAF at 443- 763-3404, you agree to receive external messages from the Pikesville Armory Foundation. Reply STOP to opt-out; reply HELP for support. Message & data rates may apply; messaging frequency may vary. External Data Storage Sites
We may store your data on servers provided by third party hosting vendors with whom we have contracted.
Changes to this Statement
PAF reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your account, by placing a prominent notice on our site, and/or by updating any privacy information on this page. Your continued use of the site and/or services available through this site after such modifications will constitute your: (a) acknowledgment of the modified Privacy Policy; and (b) agreement to abide and be bound by that Privacy Policy.
